At Clip ‘n Climb Derby we provide bespoke sessions tailored to your needs. Our level 2 trained instructors are fully qualified to help each individual complete all our walls and challenges to the best of their ability. For those with disabilities, whether it is physical or mental, we can take extra precautions and tailor the sessions specifically to their needs.
For those with physical disabilities we can provide written briefs and an access bag which is a secondary rope that allows instructors to take the weight of climbers allowing them to focus on foot and hand placement.
We provide a calm, relaxing environment and increase the number of instructors in the arena to ensure that everyone is getting all the help that they need.
Our dedicated SEN climbing sessions are currently held at 3:30pm on Wednesday’s (not during school holidays).
The sessions cater for a range of disabilities such as:
• Emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Autism spectrum
• Visual and hearing impairment
